What we will do for you....
• A guaranteed rent per month for an initial term of 12 months, with the view of extending for a further 24 months up to 5 years if things go well.
• We may be happy to increase the rent by up to 6% per year.
• We will cover up to 6% of the monthly rent for minor maintenance, reducing your time and costs in managing the property.
• We’d require up to a two-week grace period before the lease starts to prepare and market the property effectively but after that your rent will be guaranteed every month.
• Full Management from finding and vetting the tenants to dealing with contractors if there's any maintenance issues and Dealing with contracts.
• A two month notice period for both parties just in case you decided you wanted to sell or try something different. We add this so you know for a piece of mind your not tied into anything long term if you don't want to be.
